Delivery Costs
The cost of delivery is automatically calculated by the ClermontDirect.com website and is determined by the total value of the items being purchased.

The current delivery charges are as follows:

£0.00 - £19.99 = (2nd Class £1.95 - 1st Class £2.95
£20.00 - £29.99 = (2nd Class £2.95 - 1st Class £3.95
£30.00 - £99.99 = (2nd Class £3.95 - 1st Class £4.95
£100.00+ = (2nd Class Free - 1st Class £5.95
Royal Mail Special Delivery = £8.95 on all orders

Free delivery is only available to customers having items sent to a UK address.

Expected Delivery Times
All products listed for sale at ClermontDirect.com are stocked and distributed by us. We pride ourselves in despatching nearly all items ordered before 12.00pm during the working week, that same day.

Royal Mail 2nd Class post aims to deliver all your items within 2-4 working days from the date of postage, whereas 1st Class post aims to deliver within 1-3 working days.

Royal Mail Special Delivery aims to deliver all your items by 1.00pm the next working day, if your order was placed before 12.00pm. These items need to be signed for, therefore, if there is no-one available at the delivery address, the items are taken to the nearest Royal Mail sorting office, to await either collection or re-delivery.

Our stock management system ensures that we keep certain levels of stock available at all times. On rare occasions due to particular demand for products we may temporarily run out of stock. We will of course alert you if any delay may occur.


Overseas Orders
We are able to ship orders to several countries in the world - all items are despatched using the Royal Mail and then handed over to the national mail carrier in the destination country for delivery. Delivery times usually take between 5-15 days from placing the order. The cost to deliver to countries outside the UK is determined by the weight of the items. The website will calculate this cost and you will be informed of the price during the checkout stages. The method we use to take payments from overseas customers is via PAYPAL. Customs or Import Taxes
Packages delivered in the United Kingdom never have any customs or imports taxes. Packages delivered outside the UK, however, may incur customs or import taxes. We have no control over whether your country will charge customs or import taxes when the package reaches your country. We write on customs forms what is inside each package as well as the cost of your order. The person who receives the order is responsible for paying all costs associated with moving their package through their customs or import tax system, and we cannot make refunds to customers who do not receive shipments because they have declined to pay these costs. We recommend that you contact your local customs or import office for further information on what these charges may be before you make an order.

Returns & Exchanges
When returning any items, please include information identifying you with the items e.g. a copy of your packing invoice and mail it to:

If you would like to exchange any items for a different size, please send them to the address above and include information identifying you and the sizes you would like to exchange them for. There is no charge for the replacement size/s despatched to you. Please write to returns@clermontdirect.com or call 01953 889970 if you require the replacement sizes urgently.

If you would like to return any items for a refund, please send them to the address above and include information identifying you with the original order. We will issue your refund for the full cost of the items returned upon receipt at our returns department. If you are retaining part of an order then you will be refunded the total cost of the items returned less the cost of the item/s retained. If you paid any delivery costs to have your items sent to you, we are unfortunately unable to refund these. Refunds generally take 4-5 working days to clear into your account.

All items being returned for either an exchange or a refund, must be in the original condition they were despatched to you i.e unused and with their tags still attached within 28 days from the day of purchase. Please note that you will be responsible for any loss or damage, until items being returned to us are safely received back at our warehouse. We therefore recommend that you obtain a proof of postage, or better still, use a signed for delivery service to ensure proof of delivery.
